Title says it all. App opens and nothing happens. No issues to d/l, no apparent way to subscribe, nothing of any value whatsoever.

App should be free to print subscribers. Clearly not well thought out or someones less than bright idea to make a few bucks. No thanks.

If I could give a lower rating I would. Cycle World needs to fix this app. I downloaded it with the full intent to purchase a subscription and read the magazine. However, it took a full three days and multiple restarts just to get the app to work and purchase the subscription. Once I finally was able to purchase the subscription, it took two days for the app to give me the option to download a magazine. Now, after seven tries on two different wifi networks, with excellent signal strength and plenty of bandwidth...the app still will not complete even one magazine download. It starts the download very slowly, then gets anywhere from 3% to over 80% complete, then says "Download failed. Please try again later." No amount of app and iPad restarts seems to make any difference. Cycle World is a great mag, but this app is horrible. I am out $12.64 and no magazines to show for it.

I just bought a one year subscription and succumbed to a $13 waste of money. NOT A THING DOWNLOADS. 8k per minute? This is not 1983. Server problem persists for users for more then half a year? Waste of money. Truly unprofessional. Read another mag. r.

I love Cycle World, but digital access doesnt come with a print subscription? Ridiculous. Uninstall.

DO NOT GET THIS APP OR SUBSCRIPTION, IT IS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR, ISSUES DO NOT DOWNLOAD EVEN AFTER SUPPOSED APP UPDATE. IT IS SO FRUSTRATING THAT I WOULD RATHER LOOSE MY SUBSCRIPTION MONEY. CANNOT EVEN GET THROUGH TO APP SUPPORT THRU EMAIL.

Downloaded this app, subscribed, downloaded the latest issue, all without a hitch. The resolution is great, navigation a cinch-- absolutely no complaints other than the fact the magazine can only be viewed in portrait orientation (the reason for the 4-star rating).

Even the support request feature is broken. This is literally the worst app Ive ever seen. TOTAL SCAM. I really wish Id read the reviews before subscribing. They must be running their server on a single obsolete PC because it wont allow me to download a single issue. Ive made repeated attempts, and its just plain broken. A total waste of $12. I cant believe they can get away with this. Go F#@K yourselves Cycle World.

I subscribe to the magazine and enjoy the app layout, but when I try to read an article, it crashes more often than not. Makes reading articles from the app frustrating at best, impossible at worst.

I can not get current issue and most of my old issues have disappeared. When it did work it sucked. No landscape !! I have motorcycle consumer news and it is excellent. Cycle world would do well to copy it. Fortunately my subscription expires soon so ill just live without the mag.

After upgrading to the apps most recent version, all of my downloaded issues disappeared. I was able to reconnect the app to my iTunes account (that info had disappeared as well), but when I try to download any issues I get the following error: " index.html unable to download folio."

Ive been getting this notification since that last great update and as a subscriber cannot read any issue of Cycle World now because theres nothing,loads and tons of nothing in the app. Tried to "Restore Purchases" and nothing happened,then I saw the "sign in" button and tried to sign in despite that I dont recall ever creating a Cycle World account,I remember paying for subscription and simply started to read this helpful and entertaining mag.Nothing continued to happen,none of the email addresses currently in use and could have been made a Cycle World account(if it ever existed) are able to sign in with. I did not deny the existence of the possibly imaginary account to myself and went on to touch the "manage your password" button. The return of nothing,I pushed and smashed the button on my iPads screen but it goes to nowhere except flickering a little bit while in contact with my finger. Lucky me the iPhone apps "manage your password" button has its own sense of duty,so I was being triumphantly directed to the "request password" button. Nothing rides again,all my email addresses are no part of any existing Cycle World account,including my Apple accounts email. Experimentally pressed "subscribe" and I was told that Im already subscribed. Finally I reinstalled the iPhone app in hope that everything would be fine again,son of nothing. Im an international reader of your fine mag,and that doesnt mean I should be excluded from your group of worthy audience. (added weeks later) Now Im able to download issues THANKS to a VPN service connecting to the US,and I believe theres still going to be quite some unsatisfied international readers out there!

No landscape. Its very difficult to use. No update to let you know a new issue is available. Ill stick with torrents after my subscription runs out.

No landscape view?...NO LANDSCAPE VIEW?...really cycleworld? That is some weak $h1t and you know it.

It once worked, Now it seems a jerk, Fix it or We will all leave....

Bought an issue, tried to download. Get error about folio. Uninstall app and reinstall. Try download, works. Open issue and get 3 pages in. App crashes. On reopen, says cant download.

App does not work, crashes every time. Drop us a message when you get this to work

Since i downloaded buggy ios 8 i cant open my subscription. I will put in a dispute tomorrow on my cc to get my money back. Poor planning Bonnier.

Takes your money, but doesn’t give you what you pay for. App crashes while downloading magazines and then will not work at all until you uninstall and reinstall app - then rinse repeat. Would like my money back now for my annual subscription - as this tells me no one’s taking care of this app.
